ADAPTIVE BOXING

ADAPTIVE is to make or become suitable to a particular situation or use.

Adaptation refers to the body’s ability to adjust to increased or decreased physical demands. It is also one way we learn to coordinate muscle movement and develop sports-specific skills.

BOXING is the art of attack and defense with the fists practiced as a sport.

(Boxing) the art, practice, or profession of fighting with the fists. Boxing is also called pugilism.

ADAPTABILITY AND AGILITY

Adaptability imples variety and rapidly. Without variety and rapidly, one can neither be unpredictable nor cope with changing and unforeseen circumstances.

Adaptability without agility leaves us in a reactionary mode.

If we’re only adapting, we’re in the perpetual catch-up mode. The opponent has the initiative.
